CEO
Max has been in the real estate and construction business for over 20 years. Max graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University. He has experience as a real estate investor, a licensed Florida Realtor, and has experience as a Florida Appraiser.

Max is a licensed mortgage loan originator with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in International Business from the University of Florida.
NATALIA IZQUIERDO
MANAGING REALTOR
Natalia has over 4 years of real estate experience as a residential title processor and Florida Realtor. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and is a Florida Attorney from Ave Maria School of Law.
KARELYS IZQUIERDO
LICENSED TITLE AGENT
Karelys is a Florida licensed residential title agent with over 7 years of real estate experience as a real estate investor and property manager. Karelys graduated with a business degree from Florida Southwestern State College.

How Our approach is different:
By providing all of these services in-house, we eliminate the need for multiple third-party profit centers. This allows us to better control costs, align all aspects of the project, and prioritize the investor’s return—ensuring a more efficient process and a stronger financial outcome. We also make sure when purchasing land that it meets all requirements for construction to avoid extra cost and that comparable correct to achieve a quick sale. Versus any realtor will only focus on land a commission.
